GW Screw over Beasts of War

Looks like the paranoid brain damaged legal obsessed people at Grandma Wendy's house of fail cast really don't like anyone but them advertising their next overpriced product. How dare anyone show anything new for their ranges, thats what they want in their own over hyped catalogue a la Blanc Stuntie.

Wayland Games have had to part company with Beasts if War because of pressure of GW's new trade rules.

  1. The third re-write of this comment and all I will say is that I used to be a games workshop player but no longer. I can't see myself going back to them either. I now find their products staid and unimaginative compared to other games companies out there.

    1. The only GW stuff I have now are Bloodbowl Mordheim and Necromunda. I think there are so many other companies now who can offer a better game/supplies/customer service. Never been a GW fanboy and this behavior now could really be one more nail in their coffin.

  2. Oh, they (GW) really love their customers (trade or end-user).... sigh
Well, I have the power not to buy their stuff. I use it.

    1. Some people think if GW went under the hobby would suffer. I don't, I don't think they actually bring that much to the hobby anymore.

    1. Even the die hard 40kers at our club are slowing being converted to playing better games.

  4. I've just follwed the link and read the BoW announcement by Warren. Reading between the lines you can realy feel the exasperation in his words.

What the fek is wrong with GW?! They really are acting like a bunch of spoilt a-holes and are literally driving players away with their behaviour. Madness, utter flippin' madness!
