I am predominantly only nominating 6 as these all have under 200 followers and are the blogs I regulary read and think deserve more coverage. I follow alot more but these others are packed with followers.

These questions I have to answer are a mix from both blogs that nominated me.
1. Why did you start blogging?
Mostly as a way of logging and keeping track of what I was doing in the hobby and trying to give me focus as I like many others am a bit of a wargames butterfly. I also incredibly unfocused in my painting. I find it very difficult to Ooganise my very little spare time and get the incentive to paint. Iam an incredibly slow painter and am never happy with my efforts.
2. If you could change one thing about the wargaming hobby, what would it be?
To have whatever your looking for available on an affordable scale.
3. What is best in life?

3. What is best in life?
Bacon and Eggs and a Hot Steaming Mug of Tea!.
4. Do you want to live forever?
4. Do you want to live forever?
Not forever, but I would like to live long enough to find out the answers to things that intrigue me. Are we alone in the Universe, will we get to meet other races. Will we ever get flying cars and will space travel happen like Star Trek etc
5. Fame or fortune?
Neither. I would just like to be comfortable and have the money to indulge myself when I require.
6. What is your worst habit?
Iam bloody grumpy!
7. If there was one activity you've always wanted to do but never got round to it, what would it be?
Flying a Zeppelin!
8. Star Wars or Star Trek?
8. Star Wars or Star Trek?
Star Wars and the Expanded Universe. I love Star Trek but Star Wars has Lightsabers! I have never run round the garden with a toy gun pretending it to be a phaser but every stick, broom handle and large cardboard tube is a lightsaber - and dont deny you have never done it either!
9. If you could only buy from one miniature company from now on, which one would it be?
9. If you could only buy from one miniature company from now on, which one would it be?
That's a bloody difficult one. At present it would have to be GCT Studios who do the excellent Bushido range.
10. What is your favourite holiday destination?
San Francisco or Scandanavia.
11. What is your favourite Book/Film/Game character and Why?
This is not one character but a Genre. I am fascinated by Medieval Japanese History/Culture and Mythology so anything that involves reading, watching or gaming this period make me a happy bunny.
I would like my nominees to answer the same questions.
Thanks again to Kieran and Simon on my Liebster Award. Have a cupcake !!
Nuts never noticed the txt colour. Will amend it. Cheers Andrew.
ReplyDeleteOoo yummmy cakes thanks! Good answers and Questions buddy :)
ReplyDeleteGlad you liked the confectionary :-)
DeleteWell deserved Carl and I share your love of Japanese history!
ReplyDeleteThanks Fran.
DeleteThanks for the nomiation and the cupcake, you're a gent ;) Excellent and interesting answers, and some great nominations of blogs I'd not seen before! I also have a soft spot for Japanese history and have been tempted to get some of the Bushido range, but I'm not sure the lead pile can cope...
ReplyDeleteI thought it only fair seeing as I already enjoy your blog. Everyone loves cupcakes :-) glad I could introduce you to a few extra blogs. That's the aim of Liebster after all eh. You should definitely get some Bushido minis, they are fantastic and the lead pile will feel diminished for their ommitance haha
DeleteCoo! I've enjoyed some of your links - thank you - and the cupcakes were a wee cheeky treat too!
ReplyDeleteQuestion: do you ever find conflict of interests between the Lake District and small boats?
[I've never yet forgiven the Lake District for destroying my knees]
